Johnson is no stranger to the struggles of business, having filed for Replica Handbags UK bankruptcy in 2012, but to her it's all part of the ride. "It ain't hard when you love it," she deadpanned. "It's beautiful when you love it, and I still love it after 50 years. I still love it. I'm creative consultant for all my brands, so I kick them in the ass when they need to get a little more Replica Designer Handbags creative. It's great. It's just perfect. I've had a Cheap Watches UK perfectly wonderful, happy life."As for her plans for the Fake Watches UK awards ceremony, she'll attend with her family, including her daughter, Lulu, Hublot Replica UK and two granddaughters. "I'm going to drag my whole family on stage to cartwheel with me," she laughed about what she'll do when she accepts the Christian Louboutin Replica UK award. Just another thing to look forward to at the CFDA Awards ceremony on June 1.

Minutes of Meeting

Wednesday, January 17, 1996

7:30 p.m., Spring Valley A.A.

Absent:          Cetronia,  Upper Perk; all currently serving officers present

Treasurer's Report:

The only transaction between November and meeting date was one small payment by

East Texas.  Various other teams paid bills at meeting.  A final accounting will be

presented in next minutes.

NOTE:  All-Star Game Finances Not Yet Finalized.  At last report, we owe BML $75 by their calculations - but we never gave them ticket money.  (When BML holds All-Star Game, somehow it always makes less money than when we do, even during their anniversary.)  Dave Hemerly will get final accounting from BML as soon as possible.

Election of Officers:

The following were unanimously approved for 1996:

*          Dave Hemerly, President

            Note:  To avoid any possible conflicts of interest, Dave will not umpire in the

            Tri-County League while he is President

*          Jan Ciganick, Secretary/Treasurer (taking over treasury responsibilities from Dave at

            next meeting)

*          Todd Greb, Publicity Director

*          Joe LaBella, Umpire Assignor

The following offices are still available:

*          Vice-President.  Bob Ravier mentioned he would be willing to serve if no one else is available.  A late discussion of recent Hall of Fame inductees brought up the name of Bill Sandt; Bill Fatzinger will contact him to see if he is interested.

*          Statistician.  Chip Friday informed the nominating committee just before the meeting he would like to retire as statistician.  He will still work with the Hall of Fame Committee and will work with the next statistician in transferring information from his computer to theirs.  The name of Steve Smull was brought up; he had offered before to be statistician.  Dave Hemerly will contact him to see if he is willing to do so.

Umpire Assignor:

Bethlehem Umpires Association wants an increase to $32 (from $30) in 96, to $33 in 97, to $34 in 98.  The Legion has already agreed to the increase.  There was much discussion on whether an increase was justified and whether we will see any change in the quality of the umpires if we do not go along with the increase.  The general suggestion was retaining $30 for 1996 and agreeing to $32 for 1997 and 98.  It was also suggested the home plate umpire be paid more, $35 for home plate and $25 for on the bases, but it was reported the BUA is reluctant to go to a split-pay format.  Dave Ernst and Steve Smull will be on a committee to  work with the BUA, suggest alternatives and report to the League.

Cetronia:

Dave Hemerly reported he had a conversation with Shawn Andrews who supposedly agreed to come to the meeting, pay monies owed and return to the League for 1996. However, he again did not attend the meeting, raising serious doubts about his commitment.

There was much discussion about what to do, since no one has any faith in S. Andrews but the Cetronia team has many fine young players and could be a viable entry for 1996.  It was eventually determined that  D. Hemerly would send a letter to S. Andrews stating the following:

*          He will no longer be allowed to manage the Cetronia franchise.

*          He will not be allowed to play in the Tri-County League until the $220 outstanding balance is paid (or the BML, with whom we exchange "deadbeat" info)

*          The Cetronia franchise will be allowed to continue if a new manager is located and comes to the next League meeting.  The new representative will have to agree to reimburse the league the $220 owed, either by collecting it from S. Andrews or prospective team members.  If the new manager does not have the financing at the next meeting but is willing to manage the team is willing to have the $220 paid as soon as possible (before the season at the latest) the team will continue if the other representatives agree.  If no representative comes forward, the team will be discontinued and the league will play 1996 with fourteen teams.

Banquet:

Ray Ganser, who had undertaken the responsibility for the Banquet for many years, is not involved in the League for this year and does not wish to undertake responsibility for the Banquet.  A new "Banquet Coordinator" will have to be found.

Jan Ciganick read a note from Bob Ravier, in which he stated that since it is the inductees' day, he believes the inductees should have the right to speak as long as possible.  All present agreed the inductees themselves should speak as long as they want and mentioned how Bill Sandt's speech was one of the highlights of the banquet.  However, they still believe that the presenters themselves should try to limit themselves to five minutes per candidate.  Everyone stressed what an excellent job Bob Ravier does in recounting tales of original era inductees, but they really think five minutes per candidate would be reasonable

By-Law Committee:

The changes suggested by the By-Law Committee were reviewed.  Please note that on page 13, Section 7, the last line of the first paragraph should read: No games WILL be played (rather than "should" be played).  All other changes were approved.  (Please ignore typos on Page 10 -- my old 286 PC doesn't have a spell-checker!  Errors will be fixed on next incarnation.)

Other Business:

*          Dave Snyder will procure line-up cards for the League.

*          Dave Lutte is running radio ads for Woody's Sports Bar on the Sunday morning WAEB sports talk show (until regular season program with Todd Greb begins).  He will include Tri-County information; please call him with any information about fund-raisers or other information.

Next Meeting:  Wednesday, February 7, 7:30 p.m.
