Johnson is no stranger to the struggles of business, having filed for Replica Handbags UK bankruptcy in 2012, but to her it's all part of the ride. "It ain't hard when you love it," she deadpanned. "It's beautiful when you love it, and I still love it after 50 years. I still love it. I'm creative consultant for all my brands, so I kick them in the ass when they need to get a little more Replica Designer Handbags creative. It's great. It's just perfect. I've had a Cheap Watches UK perfectly wonderful, happy life."As for her plans for the Fake Watches UK awards ceremony, she'll attend with her family, including her daughter, Lulu, Hublot Replica UK and two granddaughters. "I'm going to drag my whole family on stage to cartwheel with me," she laughed about what she'll do when she accepts the Christian Louboutin Replica UK award. Just another thing to look forward to at the CFDA Awards ceremony on June 1.

Old Business:

Cetronia uniforms:  Any  still outstanding should be returned to Shawn Andrews, Joe Sedler, or any officer.  If uniforms are not returned, player with uniform will be unable to play.  Players include:

Chris Gordon, Dan Roth, Joe Cuvo, Jason Erschen, John Zwitkowits, Mike Marks.

Blue Mountain League:  Finally realized that according to their All-Star financial statement from 1995, we really owe them money.  A check for $60.38 will be made out for BML and given to D. Hemerly to get to BML.

New Business:

All-Star Tickets:  Distributed at meeting.  25 per team.  Teams have already paid for them via League Fee.  Teams can recoup money by selling the tickets.

East Texas Uniforms:  Clayton Fitch (on Limeport roster) returned two shirts to East Texas in ruined, cut-up condition; the shirts are unusable and unrepairable.  He is ineligible to play until he pays East Texas $80.

Bethlehem Umpires Association:  Umpire Evaluators have not been seen at any League games.  They are supposed to notify managers if they are present.  J. LaBella will check on situation.  Also, 3 umpires for All-Star Game will be paid $35/each.

Publicity:  T. Greb informed all parties that the statistics he gives on air are up-to-date from the Statistician, and may not include some games.  Please do not correct statistics on the air if attending radio show.  Also, anyone having information to be included in show should call Todd Greb.  (milestones, records broken, etc.)

Banquet:  August 24 will be here before we know it.  D. Hemerly will get DJ.  D. Snyder will review banquet material and speak to Ray Ganser.  Hall of Fame Committee will mail letters to nominees shortly.

Drinking at Fields:    Drinking is also prohibited at Center Valley, which was inadvertently left off last month's list of "dry" fields: Quakertown, Milford and Easton.

Woody's Golf Tournament:  July 5 at Wedgwood, 8:00 a.m.  Tournament fees $50, picnic only $10.  For further information call Dave Lutte.

Roster Deadlines:  June 21.  All roster changes to Statistician by that date.

Umpire Assignor Concerns:  Hit by pitch multiple times in game:  When this situation occurs, resolution is up to the plate umpire.  Also, J. LaBella asks managers to call time if they wish to speak to umpire, rather than shouting out across field.  He also reiterates that cracked helmets are a serious safety concern.

Games at Lighted Fields:  The By-Laws for this situation were discussed:  If a lighted field, i.e. Quakertown, is in use at the scheduled starting time of a League game, teams and umpires will wait ONE HOUR to try to start game, at the decision of the managers involved.  For example, if the field is in use but the game in progress is in the 7th inning, teams may decide to wait; if in the 4th inning, teams may mutually agree to reschedule.  If teams agree to wait, teams and umpires are obligated to stay until one hour after scheduled starting time.

Designated Hitter:  The rules were clarified.  We follow standard major league rules; if the DH goes in the field, the pitcher hits in the position of the player replaced in the field.  Some umpires, who also coach Legion and High School and operate under different rules, may be confused about this.

All-Star Game:

Will be held July 12 (Rain Date July 13).  Manager B. Fatzinger, last year's Manager of the Year.

Dave Hemerly and Jan Ciganick went over the selection process and this year's By-Law changes impacting on selection:

*          Get nominations to Jan by JUNE 24

Call: 861-1680 mornings; 838-1219 other times (answering machines both locations)

Write: 2320 Michael Lane, Hellertown, PA 18055

            FAX: 861-1682 mornings

            e-mail: mejkc01@moravian.edu   any time

Each team MAY nominate 2 or more players --  Nominations from each team are no longer mandatory.  (If             you choose not to nominate anyone from your team, please let Jan know that as well.)

BE REASONABLE about number of players selected.  Last year a team which had won only one  game             nominated 9 players.  We want to put the best possible team on the field -- so nominations           should reflect             this.  Teams with lesser records are encourages to nominate only 2 or 3 players.

Before nominating, managers should verify that a player can play on scheduled date AND on rain date --             and has no intention of playing for the BML.  Be aware that if a player is selected and is a no-show he     will face penalties:  Ineligible for All-Star for 2 years AND suspended for next 3 games of regular season.              This year we WILL enforce penalties.

*          Nominations will be compiled and returned to managers as soon as possible so they can be reviewed thoroughly before next meeting.  Statistics will also be mailed.  Please come prepared to vote.  Give consideration beyond mere batting average; it was pointed out the time we won the All-Star Game we won on defense.  Consider the complete player, not merely the batting average.

*          Voting:  At next meeting, July 1.

Prior to voting, any representative who wishes to make a statement about a player may do so.

(This is the time to emphatically state the player's abilities, especially for new players.

Vote:  2 players per position.  2 DH and all pitchers chosen by manager.  Manager will pick his own             assistants.  If a team is not represented, a manager MAY (optional!) choose one player who will represent             the team and be introduced.  Whether he plays or not is up to All-Star Manager.

*          Door Prizes:  Each team must procure a Door Prize worth approximately $20-$25.  By the next meeting, we will need to know what the door prize is  -- the prize must be brought to the All-Star Game, not to the meeting, but it will be listed in the program.  Examples of prizes used in the past have been signed baseballs, donations from companies, gift certificates, and that old favorite, a case of beer.

*          Food:  East Texas will arrange and be reimbursed.  Beer is arranged through Limeport Stadium; B. Fatzinger will check.

*          Ticket-taking:  Volunteers needed to sit at door and take tickets.

  Next Meeting:  Monday, July 1, 5:30 p.m.

We are meeting early due to late game already scheduled
