Tri-County Baseball League - Minutes of Meeting
April 8, Spring Valley A.A.

Johnson is no stranger to the struggles of business, having filed for Replica Handbags UK bankruptcy in 2012, but to her it's all part of the ride. "It ain't hard when you love it," she deadpanned. "It's beautiful when you love it, and I still love it after 50 years. I still love it. I'm creative consultant for all my brands, so I kick them in the ass when they need to get a little more Replica Designer Handbags creative. It's great. It's just perfect. I've had a Cheap Watches UK perfectly wonderful, happy life."As for her plans for the Fake Watches UK awards ceremony, she'll attend with her family, including her daughter, Lulu, Hublot Replica UK and two granddaughters. "I'm going to drag my whole family on stage to cartwheel with me," she laughed about what she'll do when she accepts the Christian Louboutin Replica UK award. Just another thing to look forward to at the CFDA Awards ceremony on June 1.

Blacklist: It was voted to black-list former Upper Perk manager Mike Svanson
for $60 in fines, rather than making new manager Joe Ricapito responsible
for fines.  Previous manager did not make anyone on his team aware he was
not attending meetings.

S. Andrews brought up his being blacklisted for money owed to Valley
Athletics (formerly Allentown Senators).  He was released by the team with 6
games to go, and didn't feel it was right to be required to sell tickets for
the team after he was released.  D. Hemerly said money owed stands because
it was fund-raising for games during the season, and it had been pro-rated
according to games S. Andrews was with the team.  Also, the monies-owed
situation originally rose in September 1997 and S. Andrews was notified at
the time, yet waited until now to question the problem.  Therefore, he is
responsible for $59.70to be returned to Valley Athletics before he can play
in 1998.

Limeport: Thanks players and teamd for support in recent dance at St.
Joseph';s.

Schedule: All dates were verified with D. ernst.  Any final adjustments were
needed to be in to him within a few days to meet printing deadlines.  To
save on printing costs, printed schedules will be cut to 35 per team.
Representatives agreed 50 schedules were unnecessary.

Dates to remember:
Banquet date for 1998 will be August 29 to allow for extended playoffs.
All Star Game for 1998 will be Fri, July 10, rain date Sat, July 11.  We are
visitors this year.

S. Whitehall: Jeff Erie, with support from Lou Falco and Chuck Mondschein,
brought up J. Erie's suspension of 15 games.  K. Hutter recently appealed to
commissioner, who contacted the involved umpires.  D. Hemerly originally
decided on length of suspension in August after reviewing the situation with
umpires as well as witnesses D. Snyder and D. Ernst.  He felt J. Erie's
conduct had been seriously detrimental to the League.  J. Erie felt he had
been unfairly treated regarding length of suspension and had never had an
opportunity to present his side.  D. Hemerly stressed that his manager, K.
Hutter, had been aware of the situation since August and had plenty of time
to inform J. Erie and seek and appeal.  The 15-game suspension originally
determined by D. Hemerly will stand.

Next Meeting: Thursday, May 7, 8:30, Spring Valley A.A.
Note later starting time to accommodate practices.
