Johnson is no stranger to the struggles of business, having filed for Replica Handbags UK bankruptcy in 2012, but to her it's all part of the ride. "It ain't hard when you love it," she deadpanned. "It's beautiful when you love it, and I still love it after 50 years. I still love it. I'm creative consultant for all my brands, so I kick them in the ass when they need to get a little more Replica Designer Handbags creative. It's great. It's just perfect. I've had a Cheap Watches UK perfectly wonderful, happy life."As for her plans for the Fake Watches UK awards ceremony, she'll attend with her family, including her daughter, Lulu, Hublot Replica UK and two granddaughters. "I'm going to drag my whole family on stage to cartwheel with me," she laughed about what she'll do when she accepts the Christian Louboutin Replica UK award. Just another thing to look forward to at the CFDA Awards ceremony on June 1.

NEW Business:
Officers for 1998: Will be the same as 1997. Unanimously approved.
Team Changes for 1998:
* Silver Creek: will not field a team in 1998.
* Bethlehem Red Sox: Team name change to
"Sports Page Red Sox";
investigating
move to Allentown College
* Northern Yankees: Jason Strunk will be field manager. Lee Higgins will
continue
to represent team at meetings.
* Center Valley: Franchise is shifting to Northern Lehigh and will be managed by Shawn Andrews. Since this is a transfer of franchise,
rather than a new team, there will be no
league entry fee. Given the travel
distance, Gabelsville and other Southern
Division games will be scheduled on weekends whenever possible. (Northern Lehigh's field is on Route 248 in
Danielsville, near Becky's Drive-In.) Shawn Andrews must settle up finances
with his previous team, Allentown
Senators, immediately before being allowed to play. Dave Ernst, former Center Valley manager, will be playing with Limeport and will
continue
to produce the league schedule.
LATE-BREAKING NEWS: EASTON
will also
not be fielding a team in 1998.
Given these developments, come to the
next meeting prepared to discuss division realignment with 14 teams. 2 Divisions or 3 Divisions and Playoff
Scenarios should also be considered (both 2-Division and 3-Division plans are
in the By-Laws.) Bring your
suggestions to the meeting and be prepared for a careful and intense
discussion.
Also, consider the address roster
enclosed as a draft -- it will be re-created after divisions are
determined. Please check your listing
on this sheet carefully and be sure it is completely accurate: Team name, representative name, title (if
any -- manager? co-manager?),
address, telephone numbers -- home, work, celphone if available, FAX if
available, e-mail if available. If
your area code is other than 610, it should be indicated. Consider listing an alternate contact for
your team if one is available. Please give
J. Ciganick any changes at next meeting.
Other Developments:
* Umpire Fees: Please remember Umpire Fees for 1998 will be $34. This is the end of the contract with B.U.A.;
over the coming year, we must consider whether we want to re-contract as a League
with the B.U.A. or go outside the B.U.A.
* Baseballs:
Bring to next meeting the
number of dozen baseballs your team will need for 1998. We must place our order NOW.
Next meeting:
wednesday, February 11, 7:30,
Spring Valley A.A.
* Outstanding 1997
monies due
* Baseball order count

* Bring ideas on
divisions, realignment, and playoffs
